In the body of the e-mail include the following:

The name you have been published/awarded under if different

Your year (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior etc.)

The name of the publication and/or competition
-
The name of your poem/story/essay/script etc.

A link to where your work can be read online (if available)

Attach a photograph of one of the following:

The title of your work

The index of the publication showing your piece and the page number it is on

The cover of the publication you have been featured in

The award/certificate you won for your work
*photos must be submitted as either a .png or .jpg file*
